Member Community Hour: Revenue, Sponsorship & Business Models is a live online conversation where TSAE members talk through the issues on their minds right now. You will share a current challenge or question, hear how peers in other associations are responding, and leave with practical ideas to try in your own work. There is no formal presentation, a facilitator guides the discussion and keeps the hour focused and useful. New and long time members are welcome, this session works as a first step into the TSAE community or a quick way to stay connected and compare what others are seeing.
The revenue conversation is happening whether we plan for it or not. This session brings association professionals together to talk openly about what's working, what's shifting, and where the pressure is showing up most.
We'll cover dues and non-dues strategy, event revenue, sponsorship structures, partnerships, and pricing. Participants will walk away with:
- A clearer sense of where peer organizations are feeling revenue pressure and how they are responding
- Practical ideas for strengthening sponsor relationships and structuring asks that land
- Perspective on pricing adjustments others are making in the current environment
