Creating a Culture of Recognition

Staff recognition is a vital part of your strategy for retaining employees. Employee recognition helps not just to retain top talent but also to increase employee engagement and encourage high performance.  How does your organization celebrate wins, anniversaries, and other opportunities to build camaraderie and build community? How is your organization approaching team building, staff retreats, and other chances to bring staff together to support a collaborative work culture? This session will tap on members to share their approaches to these activities. Attend to learn from your peers and leave with some new ideas!
